To ensure that you have the right hybrid for your game our hybrid custom fitting process uses real Titleist Pro V1 golf balls and Trackman data in our Lyle Studio together with real life shots from fairway and rough grass outside.
SGGT stocks the a wide range of hybrids lofts and heads from all the top brands including including Callaway, Cobra, Ping, Srixon, Titleist and TaylorMade.
Our range of over 80 specialist hybrid wood shafts can be combined with any head to ensure we get the right trajectory to stop the ball on the green. We stock all the different length shafts for each loft of hybrid to ensure that you test the exact specification for the hybrid you order.
How We Custom Fit Hybrids
Firstly we discuss how you use your hybrids and how many you need. Some may be fairway finders from the tee, but others may be long iron replacements or clubs to get the ball out of longer grass.
Using yardage gap fitting against your shortest fairway and longest iron we can build up a profile of the type of hybrids you need and then our experienced team of fitters will select several heads for you to try.
Hybrid Custom Fitting In The Lyle Studio
SGGT carries a variety of different hybrid head shapes and lofts that we can combine with a choice of over 70 shafts to create a hybrid that saves you shots.
During the session you can also test different types of grips with our golf grip custom fitting service. Choose the grip you want and our air compressor can blow grips on and off so you can try it immediately.
If we can't beat your current hybrid we will say so, so that you will leave knowing you have the best hybrid wood for your game that you can trust to hit more greens.
Building Your Perfect Custom Hybrid
Once your hybrid fitting session is completed, we then pass the specification for over to our in-house workshop to be built on site to the tightest tolerances in the minimum amount of time.
We can also SST Pure your hybrid shaft for greater consistency so ask your fitter about this during your session.
