Nippon N.S. Pro Shaft Custom Fitting

Nippon Shaft was founded in 1959 but really came to prominence forty years later with the launch of the first steel shaft that weighed under 100 grams. The 950GH shaft was the latest to carry the famous N.S. Pro moniker and the range has expanded to graphite and putters.

At SGGT you can test the Nippon N.S. Pro ranges of golf shafts for any custom fitting sessions and we can also offer them with our SST Pure shaft service.

Nippon Iron Shaft Custom Fitting

Nippon's success was based on steel iron shaft such as the N.S Pro Modus and then the Zelos. By being lighter than most steel shafts players are able to swing faster with more consistency.

There are many options in the Nippon Modus steel shaft range for iron custom fitting and in our Hogan Studio using Trackman and premium golf balls measure ball flight to recommend the right Nippon shaft for your irons.

Nippon Hybrid Shaft Custom Fitting

The Nippon N.S.Pro Zelos shaft for hybrid custom fitting brings all the properties of the N.S. Pro irons to a hybrid shaft and can be matched with any of the Nippon iron shafts. There is also a Modus composite shaft for hybrids that blends graphite and steel technology in a single shaft.

Nippon Driver, Fairway Shaft Custom Fitting

In addition to their steel shafts, Nippon has a range of graphite shafts for drivers and fairway woods under the N.S. Pro name. The aim of these shafts is to mimic the performance and speed of the N.S. Pro in graphite for the longer clubs in your bag.

Book a Nippon custom fitting session for woods in the Lyle Studio to try these shafts with your driver or fairway. Combined with details of your grip fitting your chosen N.S Pro shaft is passed to our in-house workshop to be built into your club to the tightest tolerances.
