SGGT Driver Fitting Gains 1.6 Strokes Per Round

Measurable Gains With SGGT & Arccos
Many drivers claim to give you more distance, but at SGGT we aim is to build better golfers by fitting them with equipment to improve their scores.
In our state of the art fitting studios hitting Titleist Pro V1 balls outside with Trackman we can show golfers how their new club should improve their performance. Now through our partnership with Arccos you can measure the improvement in reality on the course.
Arccos is the shot tracking system that uses GPS to measure every shot you take on the course. The Arccos Caddie AI software then analyses performance using the same Strokes Gained methodology as the PGA Tour to show which areas of your game, and also which clubs are delivering benefit to your game.
To show you how this works in practice we recently fitted a regular customer and Arccos user with a new driver.
Having previously been fitted for a driver that was now nearly 4 years old, we took him through the Lyle Studio driver fitting process. Our fitter Ross recommended a Callaway Rogue Max Driver head with 10.5° head, adjusted down 1° with a Project X VRTX shaft. In the studio Trackman predicted 20 yards more distance and greater accuracy.
Once the shaft had been SST Pured and the club had been built, it was out to the real world to see how it performed. Over the next 6 rounds, played on a variety of courses, the results spoke for themselves.
The new driver was 9 yards longer and 20% more accurate, resulting in a 0.13 per shot improvement in Strokes Gained when our 4 handicapper is compared to a 2 handicap golfer. With the player using the driver on average 10 times a round, it is saving 1.3 shots a round.
Not only that, but hitting more fairways improved his Strokes Gained on approaches by 0.3, making a total gain of 1.6 strokes on drives and approaches per round.
Arccos sensors are available on a free 45 day trial to new and existing SGGT customers by clicking this link.
Track the performance of your clubs and then book a fitting with SGGT to see how we can improve your scores with the swing you have.
