Fitter's Guide To Titleist T-Series Irons
SGGT has conducted numerous fittings in the Hogan Studio for the Titleist T-Series irons and we have an in-depth knowledge of which model will suit each player. The two key variables we look for are peak height for optimum distance and the right descending angle for stopping power.
The Titleist T100 irons are great for generating more spin, but if a player wants a compact head with lower spin then the T100S with their 2° stronger lofts are ideal.
To lower the flight and offer more forgiveness the mid-sized T200 irons will flatten the trajectory for a penetrating flight. The T300 have the lowest lofts and therefore offer a great alternative for lowering the flight for those who also want maxmium forgiveness
